How long does my order take to come?

If you are ordering a tea from our catalog, your tea will come within 5 business days! If you are ordering a customized blend, it will come within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds policy

At Spill the Tea, we take pride in crafting premium tea blends designed to elevate your self-care routine. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right with your purchase.

Returns and Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your tea arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product, let us know immediately so we can make it right.

  • Quality Concerns: If you believe the product is compromised in quality (e.g., contamination or spoilage), reach out to us with evidence.

  • Late Delivery: If your order did not arrive within the stated timeframe and no prior notice of delay was given, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal taste preferences.

  • Customized tea blends are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at gossip@spilltheteaclub.com within 14 days of receiving your product, including:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photo evidence of the problem

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

  3. Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Spill the Tea will cover the return shipping costs.

    • For other approved returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Personalized or customized tea blends (unless defective)

  • Items marked as final sale

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
